Special Notes
Presentations and Submissions
Options 1 & 3 (with presentations) are not available to students interning over the summer months because there are no New Media classes in session during that time in which to give their presentations.
You must obtain permission from your employment supervisor to submit samples of your work. Occasionally, employers have requested that once the Internship Program Coordinator has viewed the work that it be destroyed. Once the material is destroyed, verification is sent to the employer.
Your media samples may be used as a teaching tool by the Internship Program Coordinator to demonstrate the type of work which is required by specific employers or as an example of outstanding material submitted. If you would prefer to not have your work used in this manner, please give a written request to the Internship Program Coordinator before you submit your material.
