ISC2 Women's Cybersecurity Scholarships

ISC2 and its Center for Cyber Safety and Education are deeply committed to encouraging and supporting students pursuing a degree with a focus on cyber security, information assurance, or similar field. Scholarships to inspire women to join the ever-growing field of Information Security. The scholarships, sponsored by ISC2, support students globally. Efforts like these can put students on a pathway to long term career success in a rewarding and critically-important field. The scholarships are part of an effort to bridge the cybersecurity workforce gap- which stands at 3.4 million needed professionals- by providing future cybersecurity professionals across the globe with scholarships to prepare them for a rewarding career in this important field.
Awards
- Up to ten (10) scholarships will be awarded.
- If awarded: the funds will be sent to the school with instructions that it be applied to tuition, fees, books and required materials.
- Awards must be accepted within three (3) weeks of award notification. If the award is not accepted, it will be awarded to another applicant.
- All awards are disbursed to the educational institution by December 31st.
- Awards do not carry over to the following year or renew. Hence, you will need to reapply each year in order to be considered for another award
Eligibility
- Must be pursuing a degree with a focus on cybersecurity, information assurance or similar field in the fall of 2024.
- Must be pursuing a graduate degree in 2024.
- GPA must be at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
- You may be a citizen of any country
- May attend on campus or online
- May attend full-time or part-time
- May attend in the US or internationally
