Eligibility-candidate pool:

• Entering or continuing undergraduate or graduate students with Indigenous ancestry.
• Students must be registered in the current semester to be eligible.
• Bursary is intended to alleviate financial duress and/or contribute to overall student success
• Students may receive bursary once per semester as long as eligibility is maintained.
• Preference to students who have not previously received it.

Criteria-ranking the pool:

• Bursary is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payable:

• Payment upon granting of the bursary. To further support student success and growth, students receiving this bursary will be referred to an advisor or navigator for follow up.

Application:

• Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
• Apply online through the University of Lethbridge’s awards, scholarships and bursary application portal.
