Assignment of Duties for Graduate Assistantship (GA) in the Faculty of Arts & Science

This form should be completed for each Graduate Student assigned a Graduate Assistantship (Teaching or Non-Teaching). It should be completed by the Department Graduate Education Coordinator (DGEC) at the beginning of the semester and should be signed by the Student, Supervisor and DGEC.
