Supervisors
Before entering our graduate program, you must find a supervisor willing to mentor and challenge you through the course of your degree. The Department of Philosophy at the University of Lethbridge offers supervision for an MA in Philosophy, or an MA or PhD in in Cultural, Social, and Political Thought.
Students admitted to our program can expect to get the full support of their supervisor as well as the rest of the department. As our graduate program is small, we take the success of every student seriously. For this reason, we select our graduate students carefully, and integrate them fully in department life.
Our faculty who supervise graduate students are listed below, with the areas of philosophy in which they supervise. If you are interested in pursuing an MA with one of them, send them an email detailing your academic history, performance, and philosophical interests. If you wish, include a writing sample.
