Classroom Cleaning Schedule

Classrooms are the first to be cleaned ensuring a fresh atmosphere for students and faculty.

Daily (Guaranteed by 8:00 a.m.) Mon - Fri Weekly Annually
  • disinfect all desks
  • wipe phone
  • Clean chalkboards/Whiteboards, trays and brushes replace microfibre cloths
  • remove large debris
  • gum removal
  • Vacuum/mop floors thoroughly
  • Spot clean walls
  • Clean desks and chairs
  • Refinish floors
  • Deep clean carpets
  • Interior window cleaning

Office Cleaning Schedule

Please note that Caretaking staff is instructed not to disturb items on desks, file cabinets or any flat surfaces in order to clean under them.

For fear of disabling computers, Caretaking staff has also been advised not to clean computer keyboards or screens.

Offices are only cleaned on a 30-day cycle (every 6 weeks) There are no waste bins supplied by Caretaking in private office spaces. The occupant of the office is required to remove waste and recyclable items and take them to the common area recycling sort station.

Once Every 30 working days (6weeks) Annually

  • Vacuum/damp mop floors

  • Dust all flat surfaces

  • Clean Furniture

  • Sanitize phone/desk will not move items/ light switch

  • wipe chair frames

  • Refinsh floors

  • Deep clean carpets

  • Interior window cleaning
