Southern Alberta winters can produce rapidly changing conditions resulting in fluctuating temperatures, icy conditions and low temperatures with wind chill.
Any sharp object that is discarded into garbage cans has the potential for injury. To reduce the risk of injury by sharps and sharp objects, the following should be considered for proper disposal:
