To submit a Housing Online Maintenance Request, you must log in through the StarRez Portal. You will need your ULeth username and password to log in to the student portal to create an online maintenance request.

Once you have submitted a work order request through the online maintenance request system, Housing Services Maintenance will have added this item to their list and will be happy to address your request as soon as possible.
Please be advised that requests are prioritized based on urgency from high to low. Subject to the above categorization, requests are processed in the order in which they are received. In some cases, Housing Maintenance may have to contract out the request to an electrician, plumber, or other trade which can impact our response time.
By submitting a maintenance request, you are granting the maintenance team permission to enter your unit. Your request is important to us and we will address it as soon as possible.

For after-hours emergencies such as flooding or unsafe conditions, please call Security Services at (403) 329-2345.
In case of emergency: Water, Fire or Smoke:
Notify Housing Services or your RA immediately! If it is after hours: call Security. If you are experiencing a utility or appliance outage, we want to know as well!

- Keep exterior doors closed when not in use.
- Store food in sealed containers.
- Keep things clean and tidy.
- Dispose of garbage regularly and properly.

Did you order something? Wondering why your delivery says 'delivered' but it’s not available for pickup at Housing Services yet? Don’t worry!
Parcels go through Shipping & Receiving on campus, so it can take at least 24 hours to reach the Housing Services Office.
We’ll send you an email when your parcel is ready—just remember to bring your photo ID when you come to pick it up!
Over the summer of 2024, we upgraded our lock & card system! Say goodbye to fobs and hello to sleek new access cards.
If you encounter any lock troubles, simply count to 30 and try again—our locks just need a brief moment to wake up after a bit of inactivity.
And remember: keep your card on hand, and doors will always open as planned!
