Post-diploma Bachelor of Business Administration (25 course)

 

Please note, effective July 1, 2025, the Bachelor of Management (BMgt) degree will change to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Students applying to the business degree program for Winter 2025 will be admitted to the BMgt program. Students applying for Fall 2025 and later will be admitted to the BBA program. Questions? Post-diploma Bachelor of Business Administration

The Dhillon School of Business offers a business degree for students with business or business-related diplomas from our partner colleges. You can earn two years of credit toward the post-diploma degree program, and graduate in as little as two years with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (formerly Bachelor of Management) degree). Extra courses are assigned where a diploma does not provide the appropriate background for the major chosen.

Admission Requirements

Applicants may gain admission to the competitive Post Diploma Bachelor of Business Administration program by completing an approved diploma in business administration or management.

Students may be required to extend their programs beyond 20 courses, depending on the major chosen and the diploma completed.

Minors

Once you have chosen your major, consider the option of working toward a secondary area of focus. A minor will let you explore more than one academic interest, enhance your resume and will be recognized on your transcript.

Post-diploma Bachelor of Business Administration (25 course)

If you hold a two-year diploma from a recognized academic institution, you may be eligible to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (formerly Bachelor of Management) in as little as two and a half years (general management major)—even if it is in an unrelated discipline. The Dhillon School of Business will consider diplomas not previously approved for admission on a case-by-case basis.

Applicants to the Post-Diploma Bachelor of Business Administration (25 course) program will be admitted to the general management major. Applicants may choose a different major after admission by contacting an academic advisor. Additional courses will be required for the new major.
