Feature capstone project: Creating Geocaches in Lethbridge | Kenzie Prentice
Image

Overview: My capstone project focused on using geocaching to encourage outdoor exploration and environmental awareness among university students in Lethbridge. I created and placed two geocaches in local parks, Indian Battle Park and Nicholas Sheran Park, with the goal of getting students off campus and into nature. The project aimed to foster appreciation for local green spaces, promote active lifestyles, and highlight conservation values like “Cache In, Trash Out.”
