Due to the impact of the recent flooding, some school boards in Alberta have made the decision that diploma exams are optional for the 2012/13 school year.

The University of Lethbridge will use the final grade recorded in courses by Alberta Education, with or without the completion of a diploma exam, in making its final admission decision for students.
