Trainee Opportunities

ARRTI will provide you with the opportunity for collaborative opportunities in RNA research within the university and the surrounding government research facilities and access to our state-of-the-art facilities. The Alberta RNA Research and Training Institute (ARRTI) and the Faculty of Arts & Science at the University of Lethbridge invite applications for:

Dr. Trushar Patel (research interests)
  • Host protein - viral RNA interaction (MSc/PhD)
  • Role of focal adhesion (FA) proteins in diseases (MSc/PhD)

  • Mathematical modeling of gene networks (M.Sc., Ph.D.)
Dr. Stacey Wetmore (research interests)
  • Multiscale Modeling of Enzymes that Process RNA (MSc/PhD)
  • Computational Studies of RNA Containing Hypermodified Nucleotides (MSc/PhD)
  • Molecular Modeling of Ribozymes (MSc/PhD)
