ALC POLICY SIGNING DATES

- Policy Forms will be sent to registered ALC students via DocuSign following the add/drop deadline.
*** Effective February 3rd, Policy Forms must be signed and Letters of Accommodation must be sent to instructors first in order to receive access to Exam Booking option in ClockWork.
The Accessible Learning Centre maintains set policies and procedures regarding exam booking and exam writing protocols.
The Policy Form must be completed every semester prior to accommodations being put into place. This includes all in-class, out-of-class, and exam accommodations.
Signing the form will also give us permission to notify your Professors/Instructors that you are registered with our office in the form of a Letter of Accommodation.
