Professional Supplement Funds are intended to enhance an employee's work performance, ability or effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the University of Lethbridge. These funds can be used to cover expenses such as professional development seminars and courses and professional conferences, as well as to purchase office equipment to improve your workspace (such as a standing desk).
The Professional Supplement Policy provides the guidelines for the use and accountability of the funds. Professional Supplement reimbursements are processed through the Expense Claim System (accessed through the Bridge). Please refer to the applicable collective agreement or employee manual for information on eligibility.
