Particularly in your first year, we encourage you to explore many different subject areas. This can help you find out what university is about, discover new passions, gain a wider skill set, and make it easier for you if you decide to switch programs.
Undergraduate Programs
Your program is the broad area that you’ll study and is usually a set number of courses. You can choose a from many different credentials, including a single Bachelor’s degree, or opt for a combined degree program which will give you two Bachelor’s degrees.
Graduate Programs
The University of Lethbridge is a comprehensive academic and research institute, which offers graduate credentials and programs, at the Master and Doctoral levels, spanning over 70 disciplines.
What is a Minor?
After you choose courses based on your program’s requirements, you may have room in your schedule to study a variety of electives or to follow a secondary interest.
In keeping with the principles of liberal education, the University of Lethbridge offers Undergraduate minors in a variety of areas. Minors are available across Faculties and Schools and provide students in undergraduate programs the opportunity to pursue their interests in an area or areas distinct from their chosen major and degree program.
