Villeneuve, Melissa

I am a multi-faceted communications specialist and journalist. Currently, my portfolio supports Iniskim Indigenous Relations and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

Born and raised in Lethbridge, I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication (Honours) from Royal Roads University. I also hold a Diploma in Communication Arts (Honours) from Lethbridge College.

I have a variety of experience in newspaper and magazine journalism, as well as strategic communication planning, digital storytelling campaigns, marketing and graphic design. I've also worked with several local non-profits including the Southern Alberta Art Gallery, Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden and the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce.
