About Me
Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science (1999) from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Arts (2001) from the University of Ottawa. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Penny plays a key role in the development of initiatives that support and enhance research activities at The University. Her primary responsibilities include:
coordinating the special initiatives and projects developed by the Vice-President (Research);
monitoring the budgets for the Offices of the VPR, Research Services and UILO, and,
designing, and assisting in the development of, promotional materials for the Office of Research Services and for specific research projects.
