About Me
When not at work, I fishing, walking the dog, and taking the kids to the park. I try and exercise my creative mind as much as possible and am working on some short stories as well as a children's book. I hope to have my children's book written and illustrated in the near future.
I also write a blog, and am constantly looking for new ideas that I can explore creatively on the web.

Biography
Education
Multimedia Production - Lethbridge Community College
2 years towards B.A(English) – University of Lethebridge
Past Experience
During my practicum at Digital Visions Inc., I developed graphics and navigation for a CD-ROM for the Lethbridge Research Centre. The CD-ROM went on to be an award winner.
I worked for approximately 2 years in Calgary at a small advertising firm called AD Graphix Inc. My duties there included web and multimedia development, as well as print media. Some of the projects I worked on included brochure and logo development, website graphic interface development, and training CD-ROM development. One of the most interesting projects was 3-D golf course development. We used Photoshop and Illustrator to create the 3 D look.
Currently I am working with the CRDC and CAETL developing and researching new technologies for use in curriculum. I am currently exploring the use of dynamic and supplemental podcasting in the classroom in collaboration with many great faculty across many departments.
In the future I hope to explore the use of cell phones and laptops as audience response systems, and the use of virtual worlds as a way to perform science labs that are costly.
