The University of Lethbridge hosts Indecision 2011 tonight, an alternative election forum, at the Students' Union Ballroom.
All candidates running locally in the federal election are expected to attend the forum, which begins with a free barbecue at 6 p.m., followed by dialogue at 7 p.m. Dr. Robert Sutherland, director of the Canadian Centre for Behavioural Neuroscience, will moderate the event, which is being billed as an alternative, informal, non-partisan discussion between local candidates and youth (un)concerned with the upcoming federal election, voter participation, democracy and the state of Canada.
The event is sponsored by the Lethbridge Public Interest Research Group (LPIRG), the Lethbridge College Students Association (LCSA) and the University of Lethbridge Students' Union (ULSU). Everyone is welcome to attend.
