Indicate $0 for tuition and fees if these costs are also covered by your sponsor.
You may enter the costs for books and supplies and computer costs.
If you applied for a loan not knowing that you would be sponsored for tuition and fees - login to your student loan account and change your tuition and fee amount to $0. When you submit your loan application you also signed a declaration agreeing to report any change in your financial circumstances. It's important to report your sponsorship to avoid any problems in the future, should you be audited.
- If you have received loan funds already, you are not necessarily obligated to pay them back. Still, we recommend considering sending back the amount sent for tuition and fees to reduce your overall loan amount, assuming the funds are not required. If you choose, you can do that through your financial institution.
