Temporary Change of Hours for IT Services Walk-up Counter Service & Phone Support Service

The walk-up service hours for IT Services at the Lethbridge campus will temporarily change as follows:

From Monday, Dec. 16 to Tuesday, Dec. 24

Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. & 1 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.

The counter will be closed from noon to 1 p.m.

Please note that only the walk-up counter will be closed from noon to 1 p.m. If you need assistance during that time, you can still phone 403-329-2490, email help@uleth.ca or visit https://its-help.uleth.ca to submit a request.

We are making this service change due to reduced in-person support requests and fewer personnel.

Additionally, our phone support hours will be modified on Monday, Dec. 23. You may call us between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, Dec. 24, you may call us between 8:30 a.m. and noon.
