Summer Hours for the IT Services Walk-up Counter Service

IT Services, located in Turcotte Hall TH218, is changing its walk-up service hours to Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 11:55 a.m. & 1 to 4:20 p.m. for the summer.  The office will be closed from noon to 1 p.m.

This service change will start Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

We are making this service change due to reduced in-person support requests throughout the summer and fewer personnel. This will be in effect until Friday, August 16, 2024.

While walk-up access for ITS assistance will not be available from noon to 1 p.m. Monday to Friday, you can phone 403-329-2490, email help@uleth.ca or visit https://its-help.uleth.ca to submit a request.
