French Immersion Program Scholarship

The Canadian government sponsors several programs to promote bilingualism. One of the most popular is the French EXPLORE program which is a five-week summer French immersion program. It is essentially a scholarship which covers tuition and housing. Some programs also offer the possibility to work in a francophone environment for a few weeks (after completion of Explore).  If you are Canadian or a Canadian permanent resident who wants to learn French or improve your knowledge of French — this program is for you.
