The Canada Homestay Network is looking for hosts who are willing to open their homes and welcome international students to the University of Lethbridge! If you’ve ever been curious about what it’s like to host, now is the time to apply.
Hosting international students allows you to share Canadian experiences, customs and culture while opening your home to new cultures, life-long friendships and lasting connections around the world.
There are upcoming programs that need homestay families. Depending on what works for you and your family, you can host from as short as three weeks to over six months. Every host receives an orientation to the program, 24/7/365 emergency support and a generous allowance to offset expenses.
In turn, you provide a private bedroom, three meals a day, and a patient, caring and friendly home environment.
This program cannot be delivered without the caring support of families like yours. If you're not able to host at this time, please send this to someone who you think would make a great host.
