The Walk-Up Counter service hours for IT Services at the Lethbridge Campus will temporarily change as follows:
From Monday, April 28, 2025 to Friday August 22, 2025 the counter will be closed from noon to 1 p.m.
Our summer Walk-Up Counter hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. & 1 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.
Please note that only the Walk-Up Counter service will be closed from noon to 1 p.m. If you need assistance during that time, you can still phone 403-329-2490, email help@uleth.ca or visit https://its-help.uleth.ca to submit a request.
We are making this service change due to reduced in-person support requests and fewer personnel.
