As public health leaders tackle new and emerging crises, we have an opportunity to reflect on leadership and collaboration approaches that fostered resilience and high-performance from the COVID-19 pandemic response.
In hearing from ‘behind the curtain’ from Dr. Lawrence Loh, who led the team that guided the Region of Peel, one of Canada’s hardest hit regions through the pandemic, this session will provide approaches and frameworks for dealing with uncertainty, effective collaboration and advocacy, and resilience and focus even when faced with staunch opposition.
