Introducing Fine Arts' Indigenous Student Mentorship Program

The Faculty of Fine Arts is pleased to invite any Indigenous student enrolled in a Fine Arts course to meet with our two new Fine Arts Indigenous Student Mentors this semester!

Need help with an assignment? Having trouble deciphering a course outline? Looking for some information when applying for scholarships, speaking to an advisor, or needing other supports? Our Indigenous Student Mentors are here to listen, help, and point you in the best direction!

Our mentors are in the Iikaisskini Gathering Centre (W650C), in the University Centre for the Arts Atrium starting next week. Olivia is accepting drop-ins on Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., and Zoe is around on Fridays from noon – 3 p.m. Our mentors will be there each week for the whole semester until April 4. Watch your email for other activities we might be planning as we get further into the semester.

If you have any questions about our Indigenous Student Mentorship program, or to connect with our mentors over email please email the Fine Arts Advising Office: finearts.advising@uleth.ca
