David Fortin joins us virtually in room L1060 for this talk.
David Fortin is a Professor in the School of Architecture at the University of Waterloo and a registered architect in various provinces in Canada. He has twice co-curated Canada’s official representation at the Venice Biennale and served as the Director of the McEwen School of Architecture from 2018-2021. Born in Calgary and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, David is now a citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario with ancestral ties to Red River and the Métis homeland in Western Canada.
