Artist's Biography
I was born and raised in southern Alberta, Canada. My interest in art and nature began at an early age, fostered by camping trips with my father and watercolouring with my mother. I pursued a BSc. in biology from the University of Victoria and then a BFA - Art in art studio from the University of Lethbridge. I interned at the Smithsonian American Art Museum before moving to Puerto Rico, where I lived for 5 years. I recently completed my MFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. I currently live in Alberta, where I continue to work as an artist.
