
The Campus Collective Centre (CCC) and Lethbridge Public Interest Research Group (LPIRG) are excited to announce our 3rd annual advocacy conference, “Feeding Futures: Advocacy Through Food and Identity”!
The conference will be held on Saturday, Mar. 1, at the Science Commons Atrium. The conference is anticipated to run from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
This advocacy conference is designed to introduce young people to the nonprofit, advocacy, and organizing worlds, focusing on self-advocacy, community organizing, and large-scale advocacy through discussions centring one thing that always brings people & cultures together—food!
There will be knowledgeable speakers, exciting sessions and workshops, networking opportunities, some goodies, and of course, food!
