Dreams Carry Us: a Choral Concert in Aid of Syrian Refugees
On Saturday, April 7 at 8:00 pm St. Augustine’s Church hosts a concert of choral music to raise funds for the resettlement of two Syrian refugee families in Lethbridge sponsored by the Lethbridge Resettlement Collaboration. The concert at St. Augustine’s, 411, 11th Street South, will feature four choirs: The University Singers under Dr. Janet Youngdahl; St. Augustine’s Church Choir under Joanne Collier; The Incanto Singers under Kathy Matkin-Clapton and The LCI Chamber Singers under Karen Hudson.
Tickets are $20 regular, $10 children (10 and younger) available at the door.
Doors open at 7:30 pm.
All proceeds will go to the support of two Syrian refugee families.
