Balancing through Burnout: Yoga and Mindfulness

Feeling the physical and mental effects of stress this midterm season? Join the Lethbridge Public Interest Research Group (LPIRG) and facilitator, Carey Viejou, for a four-week series of yoga and mindfulness. Each session will include a gentle yoga flow and mindfulness practices focused on moving through stress and burnout.

Students, staff and faculty are welcome. Free of charge. Refreshments to follow.
