Cancellations

All bookings must be cancelled in writing. Cancellation fees may be assed by the Space Bookibng Unit, as specified in the writen contract.

Feedback

Complaints about University services and facilities must be submitted in writing to the applicable Space Booking Unit (availability, cost, quality)
  • Space Booking Unit will refer specific questions to other officers as may be required in order to prepare a complete response to the complainant
  • Decisions about the use of space assigned to a Faculty or School may be appealed to the appropriate Dean
  • Decisions about the use of general instructional space may be appealed to the Registrar
  • Decisions about the use of other space may be appealed to Conference & Event Services or to the Manager, Hospitality Services
  • If necessary, decisions of the above noted officers may be appealed to the Vice-President (Finance & Administration). The VP's decision will be final and binding
