How It Works:
🔹 Eligibility: Open to professionals with a master’s degree or higher and ≥10 years of remote sensing-related career experience. Other equivalent credentials may also qualify.
🔹 Mentorship Format:
- Small group mentorship sessions (1 mentor for ~2–4 mentees)
- One-on-one mentorship available if enough mentors participate
🔹 How to Sign Up: - When registering for the Symposium: Select the option "Are you interested in learning about and participating in our pilot mentorship initiative".
- You’ll receive a follow-up email with a short questionnaire for mentor-mentee matching
🔹 Meet Your Mentees: - Sessions will be scheduled directly between mentors and mentees during the symposium

Building a Long-Term Mentorship Program
This pilot mentorship initiative is part of a larger effort to develop an ongoing mentorship program within the Canadian Remote Sensing Society (CRSS-SCT).
