Current Dining Plan
Stay on top of your dining plan! Easily add Dining Dollars, check your balance, and learn what happens to unused funds. If you lose your ID card, report it immediately to get a replacement.
You can add money on to your Dining Plan at anytime. Please visit one of the Self-service Cash Load Stations around campus or go online to: MYFUNDS.
At the end of the Winter Term, after May 1:
- Any remaining Base Dollars will be transferred, without penalty, to Flex Dollars
- Any remaining Flex Dollars will remain active
All Flex Dollars will remain active on your student account for the duration of your time at the University.
Visit MYFUNDS, to check your current Dining Plan balance for both Base and Flex Dollars, see your transactions, add more Dining Plan Flex Dollars or Bridge Bucks, and deactivate your lost ID card.
Lost cards must be reported ASAP to avoid the use of Dining Dollars. Dining Plan purchases up to the time the ID card is reported lost shall be the responsibility of the ID holder.
To deactivate your ID card ASAP, follow the instructions provided here. If you have no immediate access to the internet, call the ITS Solutions Centre (403) 329-2490 as soon as possible.
Replacement ID Card requests must be submitted at: go.uleth.ca/RequestIDCard. You will receive an email when your ID Card is ready for pickup. Charges may apply.
Found ID Cards should be returned to the ITS Solution Centre, located in TH218, Turcotte Hall.
Please note: Deactivating your ID card here WILL NOT prevent your ID card from being used for other purposes including door access, Library privileges, and UPASS. Contact the University Security Services Office (403) 329-2345 or visit at L911 located in the LINC building to complete the deactivating process.
