The applied studies projects resulting from the nascent partnership between the City of Lethbridge and the University of Lethbridge’s Prentice Institute for Global Population and Economy will be on display.

WHAT: City of Lethbridge Community LAb/Prentice Institute Showcase

WHEN: Thursday, April 20, 2023, 12 to 1:30 p.m.

WHO: ULethbridge students, Dr. Andrea Cuéllar (Associate Director, Prentice Institute) and Perry Stein (Partner Services Manager, City of Lethbridge) will be on hand to showcase projects and discuss the partnership

This project is the outcome of a nascent partnership between the Prentice Institute and the City of Lethbridge, through which eight ULethbridge students, supported by the Prentice Institute, have worked with City staff on a variety of projects — including urban design and urban planning policy, IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity and access) in placemaking, urban district history, and heritage management. This event will present and celebrate this work and the growing relationship between the Prentice Institute and the City of Lethbridge.
