Professional Semester III Out of Zone Placement Request - University Consultant Statement of Support
Dear University Consultants:
Student performance in Professional Semester I and II courses and practicums are taken into consideration when decisions are made for students who have applied for an Out of Zone Professional Semester III internship placement.
Please complete this form for each PS II student that you are currently supervising this semester. This recommendation should be based on the student's progress in PS II practicum so far. Keep in mind that unit planning, lesson planning, and classroom management are often areas where students require more frequent and ‘in-person’ assistance from their respective PS III University Consultant in order to be successful in their future internship.
We occasionally receive more Out-of-Zone internship placement requests than can be approved in a given semester. As such, we ask that you include comments based on your observations as to why you would (or would not) be supportive of their request for an Out of Zone PS III internship placement, should the students you are supervising apply for one.
