This workshops is designed specifically for students’ holding Executive Roles (president, VP, director, etc), in our DSB clubs.

We understand that club leadership is a lot of work and responsibility; while also a great skill building role. We want to help you move from an individual contributor, to a team leader! Understanding how to: identify individual strengths, approach problems, tackle conflicts, and more will help you become a stronger leader. We have designed this workshop based on needs that you identified, and we hope that you will take advantage to help build your skills and strengthen your club!

Being able to lead productive, effective teams is critical to leveraging the strengths of team members, addressing cross-functional challenges, and getting work done in any organization. High-performance teams bring together the multiple skills, strengths, and experiences of its members to solve complex l problems, execute more quickly, make better decisions, enhance creativity, and produce consistently superior results. These skills will help you in your role today, and transition you into being a stronger team player (employee) in the future.

Greg Stonehocker

As one of the youngest coaches for this International firm, Greg has risen quickly to the top, ranking within the 50 top coaches around the world and top two in Canada. A natural leader with a charismatic approach, he is passionate about enabling greatness and abundance in people and organizations around the world.
Greg has received degrees in both Asian Pacific Management and International Business and Supply Chain Management. His career so far has included working with such companies as Syncrude, Moduslink, Microsoft, Kodak, the University of Lethbridge and many others. He currently resides here in Lethbridge with his wife and four kids.
