The University of Lethbridge Bookstore has created a cookbook titled, Great Food, where all of the proceeds will benefit the SU Food Bank. Recipes and content have been submitted by U of L staff, faculty, families, President Mike Mahon and his wife as well as the famous Chef Michael Smith and was printed right here on campus. The cookbook will sell for $16.95 with again, all proceeds going to the SU Food Bank and is now available.
