In June 1997 a volume of our sketchbook on James Hector was presented to the the Morley Community School in Morley, Alberta, Canada.
On August 11, 1858 James Hector left Old
Bow Fort 
on his historic journey into the Rockies.
The site is now part of the Stoney Indian Reserve.
