Google Analytics changed this metric from percentage of sessions from new users" to "percentage of unique users who are new" in Jan. 2018, so this figure will vary considerably from that in older reports.

There was a number of spikes in homepage loading time this semester, of which the largest was on Feb. 22, 2018 where the average load time was 80 seconds.
