Leighton Kolk a lifelong resident of southern Alberta has been involved in Agriculture as an owner, mentor, investor, and manager most of his adult life. Leighton along with his wife and a son and daughter operate a commercial seed business, cattle feeding operations and irrigated crop land. Leighton enjoys continuous learning and encourages the same from his employees and partners. He has a passion for business mentoring, succession, and strategic planning with young entrepreneurs, seeking careers in agricultural.
