U of L Ed 2500 Practicum Recognition Option Form (PROF) Fall 2023

Thank you for hosting an Education 2500 student this semester. In order to issue your recognition option, please complete and submit the PROF prior to October 30, 2023 in order to meet the November 8 payroll deadline.

NOTE: If the PROF is not submitted, a donation will be made to the “General School Fund”.

There are four recognition options available that are described in detail in the email attachment.
