Student leader conference application form

*Use this form if you are attending a conference as an executive of a ratified club.

The purpose of this fund is to provide financial support to enable student leaders in the Dhillon School of Business to attend student conferences that will add value to their post-secondary experience and to the student clubs they serve.

Be sure to review the Terms of Reference and criteria for eligibility prior to submitting the form, and fill in all required information to ensure your application is received and reviewed quickly. Don't forget to attach supporting documentation where required.
