What motivates me as an academic educator and researcher:
To help people to find their voice so they can serve their world.
I started working with the Dhillon School of Business in:
2023
My research interests are:
Corporate entrepreneurship, sales and innovation.
I am passionate about:
Toastmaster. I joined Toastmasters when I first immigrated to Canada because I wanted to become a stronger communicator and to build a professional a network as part of my job search. Twenty five years later, I am still involved because I think there is no greater gift that to help someone find their voice, so that can serve their world. Book(s) I recommend:
Christensen, C. M., Allworth, J., & Dillon, K. (2012). "How will You Measure Your Life?" Harper Collins Publishers. I recommend this book because I believe it will get you thinking about getting you to think about how you would like to contribute to the world after you graduate. And, to inspire you to make it happen!
