University of Lethbridge Political Science Symposium to honour Dr. Peter McCormick’s retirement

WHAT: Dr. Peter McCormick will be retiring after an illustrious 40-year career at the University of Lethbridge. A number of prestigious scholars have been invited to discuss the courts, judges and constitutions of Canada, the focus of much of Dr. McCormick’s research over the years.

“We have benefited from Peter McCormick’s leadership and his infectious enthusiasm for his work for four decades,” says U of L political scientist Dr. Harold Jansen. “He has been a key figure in our department and in the University and we will miss him. We wish him much happiness in his richly deserved retirement.”

WHEN: Friday, Mar. 13, 2015 from 8:45 a.m. to 4:15 pm.

WHERE: AH100 (Andy’s Place), Anderson Hall, University of Lethbridge
